When buying online you want your purchase fast and you want it in one piece!
Greekgold.gr uses trusted international courier EMS, express mail service or standard post (depending on the size and weight of the purchase) to ensure that whatever is shipped from Greece arrives at your door quickly and safely.

How Are Your Products Shipped? We use the 3 - 5 day EMS service for most of our shipping. It's reliable, efficient, traceable, guaranteed and can be insured. We do not assume responsibility for shipping errors related to wrong shipping addresses, customs delays and any agreements reached between the buyer and FedEx to forgo a signature on delivery. Express Mail and standard post are also used depending on the size and weight of the piece to be shipped.

How Much Does It Cost? Because of our wide range of products - from delicate jewelry to large bronze statues - we can not offer a standard rate for shipment. Shipping costs are, however, the lowest available and all are inclusive of insurance.

RETURNS

The Greekgold.com offers a problem-free return policy should you reject your purchase within the inspection period for a refund or replacement.

Email our friendly Customer Support Department at info@Greekgold.com during our 30 day inspection period indicating that you wish to return items for a refund or a replacement. Please note that our 14-day inspection period commences on shipment.

Ship your return to us through any traceable method (EMS, express mail service or standard post registered mail). To speed up the return process, remember to complete the Return Slip included with your shipment. Our address details are included on this slip.

Once we receive your return, (depending on your preference) we will either send you a replacement item or arrange the refund.
I Only Want To Return One Item From My Last Order? It doesn't matter whether you wish to return just part of your order or the entire shipment, the process is exactly the same.

What If I Want A Replacement Instead Of A Refund? Simply contact our friendly customer support team at info@Greekgold.com. If a replacement is available they will make sure it arrives as soon as possible.
